Looking to Attend a FREE Sound Meditation at the Heartwood Center?
Join sound meditation facilitator Jay Taylor and percussionist Chris Paquette for an experience in sound. Settle into the space with light guided breathwork and the setting of intention. As the powerful frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, flutes, and percussion interact with your body and mind, thoughts, ideas, sensations, memories, and emotions may present themselves. Your practice is in allowing yourself to feel whatever arises so that you can process and let go. Through this process you will ultimately find yourself in a state of deep relaxation and stillness.
No skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to participate and/or benefit from this experience.
